Terms of Service

These terms apply to every booking made on this website. The site is run by SnatchedGlam LLC, 1001 Brickell Bay Dr, STE 2700-L6, Miami, FL 33131 (“SnatchedGlam”, “we”, “us”). By booking you agree to them.

1. Services

We provide makeup and hairstyling services at our studio and at clients’ homes or venues in Miami-Dade County. Each service page describes what is included and how long it takes.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and paid in full at checkout by credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover). At-home appointments include a flat $60 travel fee, shown in your cart before you pay.

3. Your appointment

Please arrive (or be ready, for at-home visits) at your booked time with clean, moisturised skin and clean, dry hair. Tell us about allergies, sensitivities and skin conditions before we start, in the checkout notes or on the day. We may decline or adapt a service if it could harm your skin or hair.

4. Changes and cancellations

5. Photos

We may ask to photograph your finished look for our portfolio. We only share photos with your permission, and you can withdraw permission at any time.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a booking is limited to the amount you paid for that booking.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
